and coproduct could be developed by using science and technology to
become higher value and worth as a new product. This article gives some
examples for various kinds of rice products. Main food made from milled
rice and brown rice to be frozen instant fried curry rice cake (product no. 1)
and ready-to-eat rice bar (product no. 2). Sweet and snacks are banana
rice cake (product no. 3) and Thai rice cookies (product no. 4). Non-alcoholic
drink is aromatic rice leaf tea (product no. 5). Alcoholic drinks are white
rice whiskey (product no. 6) and Renunakhon ou liquor (product no. 7).
Supplementary food is Hom Mali instant powdered rice mix with cricket
(product no. 8) and rice bran and germ oil in capsule (product no. 9).
Condiments are Hom Mali rice vinegar (product no. 10) and light soy and
Hom Mali rice sauce (product no. 11). Ingredients are Hom Mali rice flour
(product no. 12) and rice bran oil shortening (product no. 13). Cosmetics are
rice bran oil for body and massage (product no. 14) and rice silica facial
foam soap (product no. 15). Material is rice straw pulp (product no. 16).
BCG economic model could be continued to develop each part of rice
from the rice processes to be various products in the future.
