The syncope is the transient loss of consciousness due to transient global
cerebral hypo perfusion of blood. This report shows the etiology, diagnosis and

the guideline of the correct diagnosis and the risk of sudden cardiac death,
especially in unexplained syncope and the newly acceptable treatment.

บทนิำา

ภาวะวูบ ห้มีายถึึง การห้มีดสติิชั่ั�วคำรู� (transient loss of consciousness−T-LOC) เกิดจำาก
ป็ริมีาณเล่อดไป็เลี�ยงสมีองไมี�เพียงพอ อาการเกิดเร็ว เป็็นอยู�ไมี�นาน ฟ้�นเอง เกิดจำากสาเห้ติุติ�าง ๆ โดย

ไมี�คำำานึงถึึงกลวิธานที่ี�ที่ำาให้้ห้มีดสติิ ได้แก� อุบัติิเห้ติุที่ี�ศีีรษะ ภาวะชั่ัก โรคำจำิติเวชั่ และสาเห้ติุอ่�น ๆ ดังนี�
