especially in Thai Royal Court. Phra Kan be one of Crown Jewels of the Thai
Kingdom, be the symbol of being the King which a great master of Brahmin
would make the religion rite and offered to King in the date of the Royal

Coronation Ceremony of the New King. Phra Kan appeared the story in Fine Art
even in painting, sculpture, literatures, musical instrument and dramatic works.
Especially in dramatic works, Phra Kan be the most significant all in the
performances of Khon, Lakorn Nai, Lakorn Nok, Lakorn Panthang, Lakorn
Phunban, dance and the tactic in holding Phra Kan in many styles occurred in
dance posture only in pleng Na Path Klom Phra Kan of Phra Orachun. The writer
analyze and summarize the stories of Phra Kan in dramatic works in the both
of attribute and role play as these Phra Kan the weapon and fighting, Phra Kan
the weapon and own body’s weapon and Phra Kan the weapon and life.
