In Czechoslovakia, His Majesty also visited the sights that his father,
King Chulalongkorn, had seen in 1897. During his brief second stays in (16-18
August 1934), His Majesty stayed at a spa to improve his health.
                                                                                  46
All this contributed to establishing relationships between Siam and the
newly formed nations of Hungary and Czechoslovakia.
