                   The Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. the Princess Mother

                       In 1992, the Princess Mother donated her own money to establish the foundation to
                   provide prostheses to the disabled. The foundation has been regularly providing a mobile unit

                   to offer prostheses to the underprivileged with disabilities since then. (The Prostheses Foundation

                   Thanyarak Foundation under the royal patronage of H.R.H. the Princess Mother

                       To battle breast cancer, the Princess Mother donated 12 million Bahts to establish the

                   Thanyarak Foundation under the royal patronage on 9 November 1994 and she was the
                   honorable president. The Princess Mother also appointed Princess Galyani Vadhana as an executive
                   chairperson who later was the honorable president after the passing of the Princess Mother.

                   Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn has been the honorable president since 2015. The foundation

                   objectives are diagnosing and screening breast cancer as well as public education about breast
                   cancer. The foundation established Thanyarak Center in Siriraj Hospital and has provided

                   The Kidney Foundation of Thailand
                       Princess Galyani Vadhana accepted the position of president of the Kidney Foundation

                   of Thailand, established on 29 December 1978. The foundation’s objectives are to: 1) promote

                   and support medical care to patients with diseases of the kidney and urinary tracts; 2) treat
                   patients with endstage chronic renal failure that require hemodialysis and kidney transplantation;
                   3) promote and support studies and research for better treatment and prevention of diseases

                   of the kidney and urinary tracts; 4) educate people about the diseases; and 5) collaborate with

                   other organizations, both domestic and international. At present, Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn
                   is the president. The office of the foundation has been located on the first floor of the Social
                   Commercial Bank building in Siriraj Hospital since 1989. (The Kidney Foundation, 2024)



                   Prince Mahidol Award Foundation under the Royal Patronage

                       Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University received the royal grant on
                   9 July 1991 to establish the Prince Mahidol Award Foundation under the Royal Patronage on

                   the special occasion to commemorate the centenary of Prince Mahidol’s birthday on

                   1 January 1992. The foundation’s main objectives are to honor Prince Mahidol for his
                   exemplary contributions to the advancement of medical, public health, and human services
