InChanthaburi province, there are 30 sites, 8.801,476 squaremeters of the leftover landmine field. These need to be done as soon as possible. TMAC works may not be as rapid in the progress. However, in adding up the helps form Organizations, the successive do more appreciation. Off the list from the past contributions, on themine activities including of the Chanthaburi province and the neighboring areas, the community members such as Military Research and Development Center, Army Engineering Corp, the interdisciplinary Network of the Royal Society of Thailand, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, Burapha University, Sripatum University (Chonburi), Technology Mahanakorn University, and Banpan Research Laboratory Co., Ltd. were participated. Objective Objective on the mine action processes including the routine observe tasks to perform on the Mine Action activity, that are to Establish Organization & Planning, and performing the activities of Mine Action Program under the limitation of civilian ability. The aim is to provide the risk prevention for the authority personal working with the mine clearance process and the humanitarian society involving in the risk from the landmine leftover on objective area. Our task on the paper will mainly approach to the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Works that have been doing can be summarized as follows: 1. Close Blasting Damage and Risk Study from the landmine victims. That basically examine from the injury victim from the blasting. The injury body part may summary in to three body sections. Upper part, middle and lower part of the body. The incident affects may differ from the type of one who has a duty to closely work with the mine or the person who has a mine accident. For both cases the damage are found on these three parts of the body. 2. Establishing the method to preventing To understand the damaging power that was done to the blasting objective, the result of the blasting plumb formmay indicate. With rapid high power explosion the target object close to the plumb can be define regarding to the damaging result. 3. Design study and prototype test PPE: Much of the works on Personal Protective Equipment have been researched. Personal protected shoes are designed to preventing the heavy injury from personal mine are the new outlook of the high strength composite sole materials. The shoe product called the Pan Blast Boot that has recently success on the research and developing by Pan Group. A pair of the Pan Blast Boot is the shoes capable to reduce the blast reaction produced by M14 personal mine. To preserve the foot and leg for surviving the damage under a condition of pressure-heat-
