Most of the cases, the leftover landmine warning materials may not be remain to be noticed. That might result the ignorance human, for example a child or a disability people, has been engaged to the dangerous problemwho lives or works on such areas. In the pass experiences, there had been show the evidences lost to the number of live stocks affected on such disasters areas. The contribution of the right knowledge required to prevent is urgently need. The government or the humanitarian organizations should be responded and make strong reinforcing to the activity. Mine Awareness is the warning process that must be first picking up to perform as the initiative action. Odd Propagation items regarding to Mine Awareness will convince the society to arise the main interesting points of preventing the dangers from Leftover landmines. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Risk management involves the identification, analysis, assessment and removal (or reduction) of risk. The term implies dominance and control of risk, the application of an issued process to achieve the consistence results must be concerned. Mine Victims and Disabilities Support There are 2,557 sq. km in Thailand that Humanitarian work on the leftover landmine has to be realized. The work goal is to improve the well-being of the mines victims. Any person who has been injured by the leftover mine field is treated as the mines victim. According to the statistic recorded of Thailandmine Action Center (TMAC), the number of mine victims in Thailand is approaching more than 3,468 casualties. There are 1,497 death and 1,971 injured so far due to the triggered landmines result. The treatment for an individual casualty is well taking care off by the Mine Victims and Disabilities Support program. Unfortunately, there are numbers of programs devoted to Disabilities Support that need to be continued. What have been done The TMAC faces a number of challenges in coping with the country’s landmine situation. However, the organization is marking one step at the time in progressive, not active as need. More insight into the TMAC’s operation regards to their concerning, TMAC meeting emphasizing on the issued subjects under the agenda of “Abilities in Improving onDeminingActions”.They found an active alternative was thr approaching to accept the NGO humanitarian contributions. That was help to step up the advancing progressive since they are the number of civilian communities, regarding to the working ability on the similar tasks. Throughout the world, to many countries areas, expanding in this kind of works may found.
