ÚÛ¯¯-ÚÛ˘Ú. ÿ π∑√¿Ÿà ·µà ßπ‘ √“» æ√–·∑à π¥ß√— ß∑—È ß Õß ”π«π Abstract Sunthon Phu Wrote Both Versions of Nirat Phra Thaen Dong Rang Thosporn Wongratana Fellow of the Academy of Science, The Royal Institute, Thailand Until the appearance of this article there are two versions of çNirat Phra Thaen Dong Rangé, differing chiefly in writing styles. The internal evidences of the 2376ûs version clearly prove that it is written by Sunthon Phu, while the 2379ûs version is believed to belong to Mr. Mee, one of his students. With a combination of evidences from the life of the author mentioned in the story which agrees with the life history of Sunthon Phu, and the writing style which agrees with time and place, the 2379ûs version is now proved to belong also to Sunthon Phu.
