The language speakers and linguists will work together to develop a writing system that is accepted and standardized. For those with traditional writing systems, an orthography bridge may be needed such as Mon (Mae Klong), where a practical Thai-based orthography is used as a tool for studying the Mon script and Mon traditional writing system. Once the language speakers have practiced the writing system and have helped to develop it, they can write whatever they have in mind. They can write stories (stage 1 › 4 books), songs, poetry, personal experiences, and folklore.
