I thought that because of this lack of knowledge, in future, our public relations should have a wider coverage. I showed them that medicine in Thailand was very advanced and we were proud that it was second to none. Our physicians could perform brain surgeries, cardiac operations and other major operations without dif fi culty. That was new information to them. […]. The King told me later that when he visited an elementary school in Canada, a teacher was teaching young students about Thailand.
