Tisana Khemmani Associate Fellow of the Academy of Moral and Political Science, The Royal Institute, Thailand The two-year implementation of whole school learning reform by 135 schools under 49 subprojects revealed interesting results. Findings of significant factors influencing the reform success are presented and discussed in this paper. The roles of school administrator, the roles of change agent in school, the roles of outside mentor, and the roles of teachers are key factors to success. Recommendations given on the basis of research results are proposed to those related to the issues which are highly useful for extensive dissemination of whole school learning reform.
