International transportation is global competition, which contributes to the country leadership. Strategy in urban and regional planning will create higher potential of transportation activities, support maximum profit with minimum costs and problems. This will achieve with strong strategies and decreases weakness in transportation economy of the country. Moreover it will sustain the national transportation plans. The distribution center affect urban areas both in numerous economic incomes and in the other ways it will also have impact on traffic congestion, pollution, environment and interrupt society and quality of people’s living in the city. It is therefore necessary to establish urban area planning at the beginning of transportation activities to create a potential of cargo distribution and to improve the quality of urban life at the same time.
