Abstract The Oneness Theory Somkuan kaviya Associate Fellow of the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences, The Royal Institute, Thailand From the systems theories, Infotime Theory and the Universe-Duoverse-Trioverse Theory derive the following postulates. 1. There are four categories of informations: physical information, biological information, psychological information and sociological information. 2. Every information has time as inseparable coordinate. Therefore it should be called “infotime” (infomation + time). 3. Communication is the interconnectedness in every infotime and between infotimes. Based on such postulates, the oneness theory proposes that communication is in fact the oneness-making process of the infotime i.e. the coming, being and becoming of any oneness or any system such as oneness of the universe, oneness of lives on earth, oneness of animal kingdoms, oneness of humankind, oneness of human languages, oneness of religions, oneness of arts, sciences and religions. The practical value of the oneness theory is that it could create positive attitude in working together, in learning and in love. It should be applied in the reformation of education, corporate management, mass communication and particularly the creation of one world. One communication system. One educational system. One economic system. One law system. One techonlogical system. All is for universal peace and sustainable development.
