การจัดการแหล่งท่องเที่ยวเชิงเกษตรในจังหวัดนครราชสีมา อย่างยั่งยืนภายใต้หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง The Journal of the Royal lnstitute of Thailand Volume 36 No. 4 Oct-Dec 2011 628 Abstract The Agro Tourism Sustainable Management at Nakhon Ratchasima Province Based on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy Suwimon Tungprasert Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Management Science, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University The agro tourism sustainable management at Nakhon Ratchasima Province based on the sufficiency economy philosophy employed the participatory procedures to find the guideline and the operational procedures for the agro tourism entrepreneurs. These results assisted the agro tourism in Nakhon Ratchasima to be sustainable agro tourism attractions. The results were as follows. 1) There was a database of the agro tourism to develop attractions in Nakhon Ratchasima in eight aspects: location, entrepreneur, tourism activity, appropriate visiting time, souvenirs, nearby attractions, travelling plan and strength, weakness, opportunity and threat (SWOT). 2) The agro tourism development strategies covering five districts comprised of four aspects: human resource development, finance, production and marketing. 3) The creation of the agro tourism network in Nakhon Ratchasima Province revealed one agro tourism network with strategies in four aspects: human resource development, finance, production and marketing. 4) The arrangement of the success and failure index of agro tourism in Nakhon Ratchasima Province based on the sufficiency economy philosophy revealed ten essential factors, including government policy, agro tourism public relation, nearby attractions, distance of the destinations, government organization in the community level, educational institutions, entrepreneur, agro tourism activity, tourists’ value and agro tourism cost.
