The need to adjust to the changing times of the age of information technology or civilization of the third wave is imperative. The changing times will make it necessary for Thailand to accommodate to the new era in its political, economic, social structure as well as social psychological aspect. The need to be responsive to the new environment of being a member of the regional cooperation or AEC in the 2015 is most necessary. Many things in Thailand such as the educational system, the modus operandi of the public bureaucracy, historical understandings of other countries, etc. have to be streamlined.
