Committee system, however, consists of several elements such as composition of the meeting, quorum, voting, con fl ict of interests and compliance with rules and regulations that one should be aware of. In many countries, the special law of meeting is introduced in order to protect the public interest and to ensure that the rule of law or the principle of good governance is applied.
