The possibility of using nuclear energy for electricity generation should be carefully considered in several aspects such as readiness to use high technology, educating the people, setting up the policy, and regulation including permission and control. The capability in treatment, disposal and management of the nuclear waste was another important factor to be considered. The economic and financial status for nuclear power plant development should be good enough. Moreover, the political will should be strong and is well accepted by the society.
