The temperature of cracking reaction by zeolite is usually lower than the reaction temperature in thermal process. In batch reactor, the composition of liquid and gas products depended upon the specific structure of catalyst molecule. For continuous process, the temperature of reaction was run between 200 °C.to 270°C. The major products were the mixture of light and heavy oil. At the temperature 270°C. there are more gas products because some portion of light oil products was cracked very easily. The ZSM- 5 catalyst would be deactivated after 120 hours of operation.
