Puntip Sirivunnabood Associate Fellow of the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences, The Royal Society of Thailand Thailand like most countries, has witnessed economical, political and social crisises. An intelligent pluralism is the most appropriate way to find proper solution to the crisis encountered. The reformation of political system should constitute the basic resources for the development of moral responsibility and ethical values necessary for developing good and smart citizen for Thai society. Researches indicate that good education process for important factors to questions whether future Thai citizens will develop in a good or bad way. The Thai educational procedure should adopt the royal address in education of King Bhumibol Adulyadej for the education program. The King put emphasis on the importance of teachers in educational activities, teaching children with love and understanding, train them mentally and morally so they know how to act to others. And then teaching outside classroom more than inside classrovm. If we don’t reform the young Thai citizens’, we can’t reform Thailand. Keywords: Cognitive Development, Child development, Education.
