We depict Singapore structure and education system, especially at the basic education level, which lead to the conclusion that Republic of Singapore has the best education system in the world, especially the system of the basic education level. There are 12 strategies facilitating and resulting in the success of the basic education system as follows: 1) Adopting international education standards 2) Using the national basic education standard in terms of student standards 3) Policy and support functions of Ministry of Education of Singapore 4) Righteous and attractive visions and policies 5) Investing on education 6) Developing teaching career as a highly respected career 7) Governance in teachers’ education for the Nation 8) Quality assurance by giving awards and recognition 9) Generating Balance between autonomy and accountability of schools 10) High-stake Testing 11) Designing the student-centered basic education system with diversity of study plans and 12) Major time allocation to main subjects.
