16 Proceedings of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Congress 4. Principle of Continuous improvement means the practice that by the time we encounter problems, we need to find a solution. However, there is not the best answer for any problems in the complex world. Therefore, this situation will lead us to continuously think for improving answers for solving our problems at any time. Hence, when the environment changes constantly due to the changes of several factors, it will lead to the emergence of various variables adding higher degree of problem complexity. Thus, the answer we come up before might not be the best answer. 5. Principle of Richpicturemeans that we usually use distinct information and knowledge to solve specific issues, but we have to use every useful detail to find solutions for problems when it comes to the use of rich picture. 6. Principle of Multi-perspective means that a person needs to look into the problem from different perspective at the same time. In fact, diverse people grouping together do not mean that we will be receiving Rich Picture at this point because we need to listen to other opinions and see different perspectives. As for the systematic thinking, this thinking process emphasizes the unity of group of people and trustworthiness that every piece of information has the same degree of importance. Thus, it is clear that every thought of people has equal value. 7. Principle of Resilience and innovation means maintaining the flexibility as well as creating innovation that meets real needs and useful for the future.
