Clearly, this concept suits the current era of the development of our nation that our nation’s educational development has started from the education reform and economic development has been improving by the promotion of science and technology. In conclusion, the research projects of NDC students of the National Defence College of Thailand need to have a relationship between elements of context in order to deal with problems and complicated matters which include seven main principles. 1. Principle for a holistic approach (Holism)means a holistic viewwhich the overall picture is much more than just a combination of elements. 2. Principle of Relationshipmeans that each time a person looks into the problem, a person needs to approach it using a holistic view. Thus, this action will lead a person to see other elements which are related to the problem at the same time. 3. Principle of Diversity refers to the diversity and differences. For instance, if anyone says that I will think by using systematic thinking and individual thinking, these are not effective thinking processes because quality thinking process requires thoughts of a diverse group of people.
