The climate change adaptation session was coordinated by Dr. Monthip Sriratana Tabucanon, Dr. Pentida Tipyotha, Ms. Supranee Phoncheevin, and Ms. Apinyaruk Wankeo. Each parallel session provided presentations of thoughtful research which stimulated interesting question and answer sessions and ultimately led to a better definition and understanding of how to apply an interdisciplinary approach towards research. The dedication by all participants and the Royal Society of Thailand to organize the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Congress underscores the critical importance in utilizing an interdisciplinary approach to develop successful solutions for complex problems facing humanity.
