Vasu Chanarat, Weera Phlawadana, Chook Chumsiri and Vicha Wanadurongkawan Abstract: The paper will mainly approaching to the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Due to the mine blasting dangerous that is the main result affective to do the damaging on the leftover landmine victim. The main study has been assigned to establish the blasting damage result and to do the design study of the prevention equipment and process for protecting the person who involving in this dangerous situation from landmine blast. Background The numbers of Landmines are remained in the areas where the military conflict over. Such areas are locating near by the Thailand borders and the neighbored countries. Those have said to be a major cause of humanity damage to of Thailand people or the other neighbor counties as well. Preventing Injury is needed to be paid in attention. Thailandmine Action Center 2001 has record of 27 provinces for 934 locations that revealing the landmine remaining of the 2,556.7 square kilometers. There are number of 3,469 human casualties from those areas whom were affected on the time of reporting. Ignoring of this present matters effecting to the innocent people living life. Our Task on the paper will mainly approach to the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Mine Action need to be in order What is the mine Action? Since the leftover landmines have been concerned as the major problem, for the human life or body disability, to one who was the mine victim. The mine actions are the basic method to be employed for solving the problem of leftover landmine. Such Mine Actions are including of: 1. Mine Awareness 2. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) 3. Mine Victims and Disabilities Support Mine Awareness Over the conflicted land, after the fighting was end the large quantities of weapon and equipments had been left behind, or unexploded, in such fighting zones.Those are the risks for the injury or death to everyone who involving in such no trespassing land.
