ASEAN member states have agreed to establish the ASEAN Regional Mine Action Center (ARMAC) in Cambodia. Mine Advisory Group: International Mine Action Private Organization under the name of Mine Advisory Group (MAG) has activities in humanitarianmine actions worldwide. In Southeast Asia, MAG performs programme in Laos and Cambodia. IV. Mine Action Research and International Graduate Diploma Programme Literature Review on Mine Action Research There are a few papers on mine action research such as the mutual efforts in solving landmine problems betweenmilitary and villagers done by the Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. The landmine victim assistances research done by General Chatichai Choonhavan Foundation, the hand held mine detectors done by the Mahanakorn University of Technologies; the landmine crushing vehicle, mine protection jacket and boots, and self propelled bush clearance tractor done by Major General Dr. Weera Pollawat, the moving landmine detector done by General Dr. Aran Chompaisal and his associates, etc. The Five Year Plan (2016 - 2020) in Mine Action Research There must be a concrete five year plan, from 2016 to 2020, in interdisciplinary research on the humanitarian mine actions. Cross-border mine action procedures need thorough research between the two nations concerned and international witnesses. Equipment protecting uniforms, shoes and the artificial legs, limb, feet and hands need further development. Research fund in mine actions has not been adequate till now, increasing in research funding from internal and external agencies is almost invisible.The Budget Bureau and theNational Research Committee should review and consider closely in increasing research funding for mine actions in Thailand in the proposed five years (2016 - 2020). International Graduate Diploma Programme in Mine Action Management There are no curricula for the Humanitarian Landmine Management and Mine Actions in the graduate diploma programme and higher in the world. The Interdisciplinary Network of the Royal Society of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and Thailand Mine Action Center together with the Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University have worked out an “International Management of Mine Action” curriculum for the graduate diploma degree in Thai and English programmes.
