As for refrigerator, Miss Ponvinus Kaenjan MEDIC took from her home. 6.6 Training Course Background: The MRCT Project employs Land Release process (LR) which consists of 3 important steps; they are: Non-Technical Survey (NT), Technical Survey (TS), and Full Clearance, in effectively returning safe area to local communities. Project field staffs and related personnel therefore need to have thorough understanding and knowledge of LR and be able to make effective use of it. MRCT Project field staffs are members of TDA who had used LR process to clear landmine in dangerous areas over the past 3 years before this project; some of them had been familiar with traditional landmine clearance longer than 10 years. Only two personnel are new in both LR and traditional landmine clearance. TDA however organized the “Training Course on Effective and Appropriate Land Release for theMRCTLandmine Clearance Project in Surin ProvinceThailand” for all MRCT Project field staffs. Course Objectives: 1. To provide thorough knowledge on LR process, Demining Drill, Landmine/UXO, TDA SOP/NMAS, Medical Support for Landmine Clearance, and other relevant subject to field staffs and related personnel of MRCT Project. 2. To give an enough practices on the above-mentioned subjects in appropriate and suitable place, and field area, to field staffs and related personnel of MRCT Project. 3. To align all field staffs and related personnel ofMRCTProject toTMAC’s LR concept and current practices. 4. To involve experts and instructors from TMAC and Ratchaburi Demining School in to the training course so as to promote their sense of the course ownership which lead to course accreditation. 5. To prepare the readiness and boost morale to field staffs and related personnel of MRCT Project, and ensure that they shall conduct landmine clearance using LR Process in the most safety manure, and make a timely completion. Expectation: 1. Field staffs and related personnel of MRCT Project thoroughly understand LR process, Demining Drill, Landmine/UXO, TDA SOP/NMAS, Medical Support for Landmine Clearance, and other relevant subject.
