221 Proceedings of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Congress 6.3 Staff Recruitment It is vitally important for TDA to recruit competent staffs for the MRCT project to assure the timely and safely success of project. TDA has enough smart and professional members for the MRCT project. They have involved in mine actions in Thailand for very long time; some of them longer than 13 years and so have highly appropriate experience for the project. They have relevant experience because they used to work for the similar type of project namely the IARS project that was financially support by JAIF during 2007 to 2009. Thus, TDA just transfer right men from IARS project to MRCT project. For particular positions like Database Officer (DB) who will work with computer and complicate programs for information management system for mine actions (IMSMA), TDA had applicants tested IQ with questions in this link: http://www.iqtest.dk/main.swf Applicant must have appropriate IQ level for specific position. Address of TDA head office is 802/250, Mu. 12, Kukot sub-district, Lamlukka district, Pathum Thani province,Thailand. TDA has used this address for about 4 years for all activities.This office is used to keep all important document such as accounting document, staffs’ document, and so on. MRCT’s CoordinationOffice: this office is in TMAC’s building, roomno. 205, address 183, SongprapaRd., Sigun, Donmueang, Bangkok. It is used for the coordinationpurposes especially with TMAC when senior staffs of MRCT project go to attend monthly meeting with TMAC and HMAU(s). FewMRCTproject staffs are posted to this office. PMwork at this office 2 days aweek, he spends most of his time at Field Office and Head Office. TMAC provides most of office equipment such as desks, chairs. There are minefield map in this room which MRCT project can use. Site Office-Accommodations and also used as Field Office: it locates in Jarat Pattana village, Jarat Pattana sub-district, Buached district, Surin province, and about 6 km from CHA no. 087-01 which is operational site of the MRCT Project. As it is not far from operational site, field staffs can save traveling time. In beginning of rental, it was old building in rubber tree jungle with insufficient room and space, but only one available rental house in that village. Therefore, TDA has to refurbish it and build 4 more small temporary huts in its proximity for field staffs. It now becomes good office and accommodation for field team.
