192 Proceedings of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Congress Our retrospective data indicate the incidence of hormone imbalance in Thai patients that has not be distinctly identified in both public or government organization. All of patients suffered with at least one type of chronic diseases which are important problems in developed and developing countries including Thailand. Many organizations worldwide actually try to provide essential information and educate people for sustainable prevention in such diseases. Nevertheless, the daily life activities of people become the serious story which promote the increasing rate of chronic diseases around the world. Smoking, lack of appropriate exercise, high glycemic index carbohydrate or cholesterol food consumption and stress always involve in the developing of sickness. An attempt for early diagnosis and reliable treatment is undergoing to apply for specific diseases and eventually in particular person [2]. Hormone imbalance is well characterized in many kinds of disease such as menopause and diabetes, but the combination of conventional hormone detection and new technology for evaluation of risk factors of cardiovascular diseases are reported [1, 3 - 5]. CIMT is a high technology determination as the early detection of atherosclerosis. The precise data from CIMT could be assist medical doctor to predict the clinical symptoms of patients and especially inform them for realize their health problems [6]. Some hormone imbalance in this study is related to the high risk for atherosclerosis development were already studied elsewhere [3, 7]. However, the observation and research in Thailand is not well characterized for our clinical standard. This study is pioneered research that reflect the critical health problem in elderly Thai people. The advanced anti-aging therapy is one of the good medical treatment in these group of patients. Even our study have just studied in a few subjects as possible, but good clinical outcomes as increasing of hormone level to optimal range and low %stenosis as CIMT test were indicate the efficient of hormone therapy from our facilities.
