The level of hormone and CIMT information after treatment Since we normally use the combination data between CIMT and hormones level from patients to evaluate some disease progressionbefore the treatment and followed the clinical outcome after administrationwith our drugs.The selected group of male patients was reported as the growth hormone deficiency which shown the level of IGF-1 before and after treatment, Figure 5 (a). The result revealed the increasing levels of IGF-1 in 6 male patients after treatment. Furthermore, the CIMT test as %stenosis was also identified. In addition, the better clinical identification as upper IGF-1 level was found than previous detection, the %stenosis of patient become reduced after treated with the drugs, Figure 5 (b). Therefore, the medical treatment as anti-aging in our experience could increase the IGF-1 as a growth hormone identification in the blood as well as using the new technology measurement as CIMT which is reliable clinical criteria for diagnosis and following the clinical outcome in our study.
