However, most elderly people have still suffered with chronic diseases including obesity, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, neurodegenerative diseases and many kinds of cancer. The senescence of cell and tissue is major cause of degenerative disorder and chronic diseases as well. Moreover, the hormones and metabolic disorders inside the body affect the progression of chronic diseases in people especially in elderly.Therefore, when we’re getting older the imbalance of hormones and other biochemical compounds inside the cells and tissues are the most important consequential mechanism for disease pathology and development. The emerging of anti-aging medicine is well known as the advance medical therapy in Europe and USA more than 10 years. The one strategy of anti-aging diagnosis and treatment is hormone imbalance detection and hormone therapy specifically for chronic diseases [1]. The advantage of hormone detection is early prognosis for some chronic diseases, in case of diabetes, we normally uses the conventional protocol to detect the high blood glucose level to indicate the development in such disease that it could be identify in patient who have already been[1, 2]. Nevertheless, early diagnose and reliable indication as fasting insulin level could identify and inform the dangerous sign to people that may be indicated as insulin resistance. In Thailand, anti-aging is only known as rejuvenile therapy in most beauty skin care cliniques. Moreover, anti-aging is really the most powerful integrative advancementmethod for every disease that could not be cured by conventional drugs or other medical treatment. In this study, the incidence of risk factors and hormone imbalance that influence to the development of chronic diseases in Thai people were observed in Praram 2 Hospital and Health and Longevity Center. Medical records of all Thai patients undergoing in the most incidents of three chronic diseases including hypertension, diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia syndrome. Interestingly, we found the relation of hormone imbalance with the developing in such chronic diseases. Since we followed up all cases after continued treatment with hormones, most patients get better approximately to 100% as good indication of clinical symptoms. Furthermore, we develop the high technological method as CIMT, Common Carotid Artery Intima - Media Thickness, as a new strategy for measuring the thickness of blood vessel wall which are the good indication for early prognosis and after treatment indicator outcome.
