Results When conducting both qualitative and quantitative data collection, theUniversity should be aware of the privacy and security of students, parents and other stakeholders in the society. Having a good education quality assurance creates student’s engagement, including retention, loyalty to the University’s identity and uniqueness, willingness tomake an effort to pursue continued higher education programs and services from the University, and willingness to actively advocate for and recommend the University to other people. The students enjoy teaching and learning with satisfaction of service offerings by the University. Considering all their important characteristics and their performance in each relationship stage of students, parents and other stakeholders with the University, the focus is on differentiation of the study programs and services offered by other universities. V. Conclusion and Recommendation The new quality assurance indicators will not be achieved without the cooperation and willingness of the students, parents and stakeholders.
