The Quality Assurance has a chain reaction by three groups of (1) Quality Enhancement (QE), (2) Quality Assessment (QA), and (3) Quality Improvement (QI). The Quality Enhancement is to ensure an encouragement of each extreme, expression, excellence, empowerment, explicit evidence, and enrollment with equity and ethics by observation (eyes) and hearing (ears) to be an expert quality assurance assessor. The Quality Assessment is to assure to audit all averages, answers, achievements, advices and approvals to achieve unavoidable arithmetic blind sighted by using arms to review all related supporting documents with amicably understanding. Last, the Quality Improvement (QI) is to insure and inspire individual improvement with incentive, initiation, incubation, investigation, and impact by ideas to be the best rolemodel or idol. 3.2 Research Methodology The researchmethodology was derived from the previously explained research conceptual framework of both qualitative and quantitative implications. The researcher designed this study methodology like building an international university for the next generations with high quality of teaching and learning, andmust have the good quality assurance system to support the students.
