It also promotes the sharing of successful performance strategies and the benefits derived from using these strategies. To receive the Baldrige Award, an organization must have a role model education organizational management system that ensures continuous improvement in delivering academic products and/or services, demonstrates efficient and effective operations, and provides a way of engaging and responding to customers (students) and other stakeholders. With respect to Figure 1, it presents the core values and concepts of the education organizationprofile for performance excellencewith seven integrated and interconnected categories of (1) Leadership, (2) Strategy, (3) Customers (Students), (4)Workforce, (5) Operations to deliver the Results by applied appropriate measurement, analysis, and Knowledge Management (KM). The performance criteria items are scored based on two evaluation dimensions of (A) Process Scoring and (B) Result Scoring. 2.2 European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) The respectable Figure 2 shows the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) ExcellenceModel that, according to the President of the European Council, all European organizations, both in the public and private sectors, are facing new challenges. The increasing pressure to compete on a global stage with limited resources means we all have to work together to secure our future prosperity, and that of generations to come. The EFQM Excellence Model provides a framework that encourages the cooperation, collaboration and innovation that we need to ensure the goal achieved.
