175 Proceedings of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Congress 1.1 Research Objectives The objective of this research paper is to study about the interdisciplinary approach of the new education quality assurance indicators of Thailand International University in AEC. 1.2 Research Questions There are two following research questions of this study: Question 1 Is Thailand International University ready for the new education quality assurance indicators in Academic Year 2014? Question 2What are needed to be done and functioned to achieve all of these neweducation quality assurance indicators? 1.3 Scope of Study The scope of this study is based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis researching related to Thailand International University in AEC. 1.4 Research Time Frame This study is focused on a sustainable improvement. Therefore, it is not forced to produce any quick-fixed results and solutions, but it is rather a long-term growth required understanding and cooperating from all parties. 1.5 Research Limitation The scope of this study is only conducted in the International University of Thailand for Academic Year 2014 with new requirement of quality assurance indicators on the international perspective of AEC. II. Review of Literature on Related Topics The researcher needed to review the international perspectives of international quality assurance frameworks, along with culture dimension analysis theories to understand the common practices of international standard. 2.1 Baldrige Excellence Framework 2015 to 2016 by Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) TheMalcolmBaldrige National Quality Award is the national quality award that recognizes U.S. organizations in the business, health care, education, and non-profit sectors for performance excellence. The Baldrige Award is the only formal recognition of the performance excellence of both public and private U.S. organizations given by the President of the United States.
