Considering all important characteristics and performance in each relationship stage of students, parents and other stakeholders with the University, the focus is on differentiation of the study programs and services offered by other universities. The new quality assurance indicators will not be achieved without the cooperation and willingness of the students, parents and stakeholders. That is why building relationships, partnerships or alliances with them are very important. With this respect, the image, reputation and intellectual property of the University are optimistically related. The high quality assurance of international education by culture and management dimensions based on academic research and practical experience is themost comprehensive studies that the University is valued and influenced by various different cultures from many countries around the world. The study result presents that the University is ready for the implementation of new education quality assurance indicators, introduced in the Academic Year 2014 (Calendar Year 2015). However, the results of previous academic years are incomparable to the new ones. Therefore, the outcome of the Academic Year 2014 is not yet officially assessed, and it is a trial year for the first time with new quality indicators.The Academic Year 2014 Results will not be strict, but allow time for suitable adjustments. The University needs to provide useful workshops, meetings or conferences for faculty members to understand and develop an appropriate teaching and learning plan, intervention and implementation, because the Academic Year 2015 (Calendar Year 2016) will be more stringent with full implementation. Introduction Education is the most effective means to increase the quality of life and cultivate human to be fruitful to self, family, society, community, country and region.With respect to the international perspectives, the teaching and learning atmosphere is not only focused on Thai students, but all International ones have the same important level. The official introduction of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) will establish Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) as a single educationplatformandmarket,makingASEANmore dynamic and competitive educationwithnew mechanisms and measures to strengthen the implementation of its existing economic initiatives; accelerating regional integration in the priority sectors; facilitating movement of business people, skilled labors and talents; and strengthening the institutional mechanisms of ASEAN. This is a prosperity year of many education institutions in AEC.
