VII. Conclusions The results from this research confirm the effect of mentorship model on teacher students and high school students inter-relatively. The further suggestions from this study include: 1. Mentorship requires learners’ specific knowledge and skills of technology for searching the data from various sources, particularly Internet-based information to build profile and picture. 2. Scheduling of meetings should be appropriately done depending on the preparedness of both the mentors and the learners. 3. Timeline of learners’ production must be designed and followed strictly for better improved skills. 4. The clearly straightforward comments frommentors are highly valuable to improve the learners’ knowledge and skills. Also, the main concerns include the relevance between mentors’ feedback and learners’ production. 5. The participation of all learners in group activities is suggested to be targeted by the mentors for fair assessment, not only on the learners’ product, but also their desirable attributes, such as, responsibility, attention, etc. References Daloz, L.
