156 Proceedings of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Congress 3.8 Membership due 1) Partner university wishing to join the program has to be responsible for the payment of Registration/Membership due \100,000 (almost equal to 33,000 THB) per year 2) This money should be payable for providing the information regularly or on demands fromThai host university in Japanese mainly (sometimes case by case in English) 3) Main purpose of this due is to make selection of partner universities to agree to join this program. 3.9 Eligibility of participants 1) Only both Japanese and Thai (Students, Officer, Staff, Official) 2) No other nationalities can be acceptable All the expenses are exempted for Thai participant . 4. Future Aspect Considering the rapidly expanding the internationalization and globalization, this program should be offered for the Japanese and Thai students to know more about counterpart country as the preliminary knowledge and information before they join the primary academic program such as internship program and other similar academic ones. Both university students can be ready enough to go and visit for exchange. This programwill be fruitful and beneficial for those students to make action as soon as possible when they have opportunity. One of the most important things of this program is to let the student participants know and understand the counterpart country and university prior to their visit for main purpose of study. Specifically for the Japanese participants such as administrative officers and staffs who are difficult to communicate in English, the bilingual based programmust be wonderful and welcome because of easy joining even under the lower level capability of communication in English. The author believes this program will be well functioned effectively in many ways. This program may be usefully used as one of the pre-training programs of Japanese industry freshmen education to know Asia and the world how it is more rapidly expanding internationally and globally. 5.
