59-05-032 Proceeding
155 Proceedings of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Congress that the number of Japanese participants per one time program is 10 people. If the program is organized four times a year, it will be 400,000 THB per year. This may be possible to cover the airfare for sending 40Thai students to Japan per year. In this case of course no necessary expenses needed tomake program arrangement & related small jobs etc. are not considered here, however the solution can be easily found as far as the program is importantly necessary and it brings more benefit to both Thai university and participatory Japanese universities too. In addition the program may be possibly operated even in Faculty level, but for Japanese participant, especially administrative officers it will be a good and invaluable opportunity to learn Thai university structure andmechanismof administrative organization. In addition those Japanese participants (administrative officers) can know some of the student candidates whowill be coming in near future in advance. Friendship andmutual understanding between both participants from Japan andThailand can be promoted and strengthen the relationship drastically. This program proposed here has never been introduced and implemented yet. It may be highly understood as the first original and unique, but most necessary effective and valuable program for both Thai and Japanese universities. 3.5 Question submission l Participants are requested to prepare and submit the question in advance prior to the program starts what they want to know in addition to the originally prepared content of program. l Answers will be prepared and provided during the lecture inprogram. The other requests will be accepted if they are submitted in advance to be in time of opening the event. 3.6 Additional script l Participants are requested to join the program& event organized and scheduled on the designated dates by organizer. l No special programs are prepared except the designated dates of program. l Participants can spend and enjoy the rest of the days freely and individually. 3.7 Evaluation & certificate issue l Evaluation and gradingmust be done based on the 1) Attendance, 2) Attitude&Behavior in class, 3) Question & Answer how diligent & serious they are. l Report should be assembled and submitted to the relateddivisions of programorganizing body at the end of program. l Official certificate to certify the participation and successful completion of the program should be granted at the end of program.
