154 Proceedings of the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Congress l Acceptable rated number of participants: Maximum 7 to 10 persons/one time l Program implementation frequency: 4 times a year (8, 11, 2, 4), Aug., Nov., Feb., and Apr.) 3.3 Program fee l Basic annual due ¥100,000 (nearly equal to 33,000 THB/year/one organization (university) for additional service as partnership due through whole year. This amount can be covered by individual partner university wishing to join the program. l Mainpurposeof thismembershipdue is tomakedifferenceamong thepartneruniversities how much they have special interest and enthusiasm. l Registration & Attendance fee 10,000 THB/program/person to join this program l International airfare & daily meals must be covered by the participants basically except when prepared or included in the program l Accommodation fee should be considered separately depending on case by case (Roughly 10,000 THB/month). University can arrange the guesthouse or reasonable price hotels through host university negotiation. l University accommodation is one of the possibilities needless to say. Total amount of estimated cost/person may be roughly 50,000 THB including 1) Airfare, 2) Accommodation and 3) Lecture & Field trip which looks not so difficult, or comparatively easier for Japanese participants even for students. This price will be almost the same as the one needed for one tourist. 3.4 Rough estimation of program fee content l International airfare between Japan & Thailand should be covered by the participant. This costs almost 33,000 THB. but this fare differs depending on Airline & season. International airfare should be covered by the individual participant. l Participant due 1) Accommodation fee 10,000 THB 2) One set of seminar fee 10,000 THB l Required amount of payment to the host university will be basically 20,000 THB except International airfare. l Membership due: Japanese participatory partner universitywishing to join this program is requested to pay\100,000 per year payable for providing the additional update information in Japanese language fromThai host university. l Even in case the airfare and accommodation are covered by the individual program participant, at least 10,000 THB should be coming to the Thai host university as the additional income.
