Program Contents The program content can be shown as follows: For Thai participants, l Special Class “Japanology” for the students & staff to visit Japan or to study/get a job at Japanese industry 1) Japanese culture, tradition & etiquette, Global communication 2) Japanese industries 3) Importance of studying English 4) How to prepare the documents such as a cover letter & Curriculum Vitae for “Study abroad” 5) International program introduction: Tri-university, Internship etc. For Japanese participants, l Special Class “About Thailand” for the students & staff to visit Thailand or to join the program offered/agreed mutually between two universities 1) Thai culture, history, relationship between Thailand & Japan 2) Importance of studying English 4) How to prepare the documents such as a cover letter & Curriculum Vitae 5) What is necessary for “Study abroad”? 6) Thai universitycurriculum, structure, organizationsystem, semester, student number, academic staff and faculty number etc. 3.1 Program schedule (duration & frequency) l Length of stay: One month basically l Normally 8 to 10 lectures will be delivered during the stay (roughly 3 to 4 days may be spent for a series of lecture) Totally two to three days may be scheduled for field trip including 1) One day culture trip 2) One or two days academic tour including university campus/laboratory tour 3) Class observation: maximum 5 times 3.2 Program summary l Lecture: 6-7 days a week, Or incentive style of lecture l Field trip: Campus/Academic tour including laboratory tour l Cultural trip in Chiang Mai: 1 or 2 days l Language: Bilingual in English & Japanese
