Basic Concept of Program 2.1 Program framework The program framework proposed in this paper is shown as follows: l Program is prepared and offered for the host university & partner universities, then should be agreed based on MOU & General Agreement between both universities l Related Division & Office should be in charge of program management in both universities l Objective participants are university faculties, exchange students, administration officers & staffs, internship program participants and other related international program participants, officially approved participants by the related university offices The above figure shows the schematic framework of the programproposed here consisting of mainly three components focusing on two countries between Japan and Thailand only.
