The second picture is rooftop cultivation by using short life-cycle plants including rooftop beekeeping in the area of flower planting to be suitable for breeding to serve the human demand consumption. Food production on the rooftop of the building is gaining more popularity in the city. In Bangkok, chicken husbandry on the rooftop is successful to provide egg and flesh. Moreover, some small mammals such as goats, sheep, etc. are also in the experimental process how to manage enough foods for feeding to the animals, animal waste management. All management process should base on the right principle without any impacts to the residential nearby people. The yield between indoor and outdoor husbandry is not significantly different. Soilless culture is a technology which developed for a long time ago. From the past, the sun radiation is important for growing plants but today’s technology is rapidly changes by using the artificial light for urging the fast-growing plant. Cultivation and livestock on the rooftop of the building can control pest and diseases under a well closed systemwhich can be provided the good quality yieldwithout any contamination from outside factors. Cultivation system is implemented under the good agricultural practice (GAP). In future, large cities with many high buildings will be turning into agricultural production’s sources to feed people in the city whenever the agricultural crop price is higher for investment.
