It is the result of sciences and medical technologies advancement. on the one hand this growth and development brings great benefit to health and human life, on the other hand various moral dilemmas arise. Western philosophers reflect that ethical theories or normative ethics deal with the standard and principles of moral judgment, can be helpful when face with difficult ethical issues in health care system.
