Phathaichit Eakchariyakorn Associate Fellow of the Academy of Moral and Political Sciences, The Royal Society of Thailand. Thailand has problems of enactment of law. When the politics in Thailand is normal, the procedure of enactment runs very slowly. On the contrary, when there is a revolution, or a coup d’etat, the national legislative assembly adopt a lot of acts. But sometimes it lacks discretion due to the haste to show off and the idea that the term of the national legislative assembly is very shot. So the system of the enactment of law of Thailand lacks adequacy. Keywords:  enactment, legislation, the national legislative assembly
