At present time, Thailand is in the reformation process in order to move the country towards a fully functioning and sustainable democracy and to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and sustainable peace in the globalized world. Children and youths are the main factor in the reformation process. The development of certain characteristics in children and youths are the important means for the developing of the country. The main institutes in human development such as families, education institutes, religions, and mass media must realize their responsibility for the developing of young generation population.
