The office for National Education Standards and Quality Assessment (Public Organization, ONESQA), established by a royal decree in 2001, was a belief that the quality of education refers to the quality of learners with a high learning achievement. ONESQA is responsible for the external quality assessment of educational institutions once every five years. This article aims at presenting the results of rethinking the management of ONESQA during 2001-2009. Five Cs were employed to describe the nature of ONESQA. Nine Lessons learned from the management of OESQA were reflected and documented. ONESQA in the frist decade is nationally and internationally reorganized as a successful organization.
