วารสารราชบัณฑิตยสภา ปีที่ ๔๓ ฉบับที่ ๑ ม.ค.-เม.ย. ๖๑ ๒๙ การสื่อสารความนัยในวรรณคดีไทย รองศาสตราจารย์โชษิตา มณีใส ภาคีสมาชิก สานักศิลปกรรม ราชบัณฑิตยสภา บทคัดย่อ บทความนี้กล่าวถึงการสื่อสารแบบหนึ่งที่พบในวรรณคดีไทยที่สาคัญถึง ๗ เรื่อง การสื่อสาร แบบนี้เน้นเจตนาในการส่งสารถึงผู้รับอย่างเจาะจงโดยอาศัยเงื่อนไขบางอย่างด้านบริบทการสื่อสาร ได้แก่ บริบทวัฒนธรรม บริบทสถานการณ์ และบริบทประสบการณ์เพื่อช่วยให้เกิดสัมฤทธิผล ซึ่งในที่นี้ จะเรียกว่า การสื่อสารความนัย การสื่อสารดังกล่าวแม้จะเปิดเผยต่อสาธารณชน แต่ตัวสารที่แท้จริงจะ ปรากฏเฉพาะแก่ผู้รับสารตามเจตนาของผู้ส่งสารเท่านั้น เหตุนี้จึงจาเป็นต้องใช้สื่อที่สามารถสื่อ ความหมายนอกเหนือจากที่ปรากฏตามตัวของสื่อเองซึ่งในที่นี้จะเรียกว่า สื่อซับซ้อน ในวรรณคดีเรื่อง ต่าง ๆ กวีมักหยิบยืมรูปแบบงานจากวัฒนธรรมด้านอื่นมาใช้เป็นสื่อซับซ้อนได้อย่างแยบคายและ เหมาะสม ช่วยเอื้อให้การสื่อสารความนัยดาเนินไปได้อย่างราบรื่นแนบเนียน การสื่อสารความนัยใน วรรณคดีไทยเป็นกลวิธีการประพันธ์ มีบทบาทต่อการผูกปมเรื่อง คลายปมเรื่อง สร้างจุดหักเหของเรื่อง ตลอดจนสร้างพัฒนาการของเรื่อง ซึ่งส่งผลช่วยเพิ่มพูนอรรถรส ความน่าสนใจ และน่าประทับใจให้แก่ เนื้อเรื่อง คำสำคัญ : การสื่อสารความนัย, วรรณคดีไทย, สื่อซับซ้อน Abstract: The Implicative Communication in Thai Literature Associate Prof. Chosita Maneesai Associate Fellow, Academy of Arts The Royal Society of Thailand. This article is framed around a kind of communication found in 7 significant works of Thai literature. In the implicative communication, as would be called, messages are sent successfully to specific receivers under the context conditions (i.e. the context of culture, the situation and the experience of the participants). That is, despite public communication, the vital messages are implicit only to such specific receivers. Therefore, selected media are likely to have distinguishing characteristics to convey the receivers the messages’ indirect reference in addition to their primary meaning. On account of the complex communication media, several forms of culture works are borrowed ingeniously and appropriately to make the complicated interface run smoothly and realistically.
